Terms of Service

NISRFIA provides software licence access for automated trading tools and, where included with the selected service, access to managed cloud hosting infrastructure. Customers remain responsible for their trading account, broker relationship, account funding, trading permissions and use of the service.

Trading involves substantial risk. NISRFIA EA, automated trading software and hosting services do not guarantee profits, returns, trading results or uninterrupted availability. Past or backtested performance does not guarantee future results. A NISRFIA licence is for authorised use during the applicable licence period. Customers must not distribute, resell, copy, reverse engineer, decompile or provide unauthorised access to NISRFIA software or licence credentials. NISRFIA is not a broker and does not provide brokerage services. Broker execution, spreads, slippage, market conditions, connectivity and third-party services may affect operation and results.
